BooBoo 3.1.6

Largely a large amount of new audio features. The updates include:

• added (get_audio_properties)
• Allow mono audio (command line or shim5.json)
• Add panning support for samples and MML
• Allow setting tempo, volume and pan per track (MML)
• Add sample_get_volume, sample_get_pan, mml_get_volume, mml_get_pan and mml_get_tempo
• Add mml_set_sample which will use a BooBoo sample (sample_load, sample_create) as an instrument. This should be called immediately after loading/creating the MML
• Add pan and tempo envelopes to MML syntax. All envelopes except dutycycle (meaningless) works on sample tracks now
• Add ignore_case param to regex functions
